Sorry for the delay for any of you that may have wanted further details into using Orbitron to track the the ISS/Shuttle (among hundreds of other satellites). I won't bother re-writing what Richard (sts1canada) sent to me because it's very thorough and will get you set up in just a few minutes of your time. Originally written by sts1canada ( 3:44 PM) Very cool and very accurate, works great in tandem with Heavans Above flyover predictions.with the added bonus of a "radar alarm" letting you know when it's getting close.Any further questions post em here. ![]() You could use ORBITRON, it works well in Windows, here is the web page for it for more information. I suggest you use a Windows tracking program for best results, I am assuming you are using Windows, if you are using a Mac, I don't know what to use. You can do a Google search for 'satellite tracking program' (search without the quotes) and look at the results to find a program that you like, it depends on your personal preferences (graphics, information displayed etc). I've downloaded and have it running (yes, I'm running Windows). Is there a simple way to add the elements in there for Atlantis? I've several astronomy programs that are probably similar for me when tracking new comets etc. Just wondering if you have a quick way to get the elements in and test it out. #Orbitron satellite tracking software windows 10 free#. ![]()
